Our Team

Shane (Owner / Master in Mechanical Systems)

Shane has been with Graber Heating since 2014. He and his brother Shawn bought into the business in 2020. Shane spends his time servicing equipment in the field and over the phone in the office. He also puts together estimates and orders the equipment needed for each job.

Shawn (Owner / Service Technician / Master in Mechanical Systems)

Shawn has been with Graber Heating since 2008. He and his brother Shane bought into the business in 2020. Shawn spends his time at Graber Heating servicing equipment as well as putting together bids for new equipment.

Polly (Office Manager)

Polly started with Graber Heating in November of 2022. You will most likely hear her friendly voice as she answers the phone and gets you on the schedule for service and installations.

Chris (Install Manager)

Chris has been with Graber Heating since August of 2019. Chris is the manager our install team. He always has a joke to share and enjoys fishing and the outdoors.

Lucas (Installation Technician/ HVAC Apprenticeship Year 2)

Lucas started working with Graber Heating in 2023. He is a leader of our installation team and is continuing his education as he pursues his journeyman's license.

Fern (Secretary)

Fern has been working with Graber Heating since 2018. She handles after hours and emergency service. She will provide support if you need help on the weekend.

Matthew (Service Technician)

Matthew has been a part of Graber Heating since 2024. He excels at repair and maintenance and will do his best to get your furnace, A/C, or water heater back up and running at peak efficiency.
